Craig A. Buckhout, CFA
Craig is a principal in Agri-Invest and works with RJR Associates in the development and implementation of 401(k) plans. Together with Bob Ryan, he founded RJR Associates in 1991 to manage investment portfolios for a broad spectrum of clients. Craig earned an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University where he also earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. Additionally, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Craig's professional experience includes a seven-year period as President of the insurance and financial services subsidiaries of Dairylea Cooperative as well as eleven years with Agway in operational and corporate management, financial management and bank relations, and mergers and acquisitions. Craig has been rowing since his days as an undergraduate, when he rowed in a national championship eight and was commodore (captain) of the crew. He can now be found on Cazenovia Lake many summer mornings and continues to row his single scull competitively.

Anthony Farella, CFP®, AIF®
Tony's passion is working with and educating our clients on establishing goals, determining risk tolerance and implementing sound investment strategies. An area of focus for Tony is designing and implementing employer sponsored retirement plans. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Syracuse University and has obtained his Certified Financial Planner™ and Accredited Investment Fiduciary™ certifications. As a graduate of Leadership – Greater Syracuse, Tony shares a vision of a better and more vibrant community in Central New York. His 2006 class has designed and implemented a mentoring program in the Syracuse City School district to help at-risk children envision a successful future. He and his wife, Anne, enjoy many family activities with their son and daughter.

Patrick E. Rohe, CRPC®
Patrick is the most recent addition to the team. He graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor degree in both Animal Science and Applied Economics and Management. Additionally, he is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®). Patrick enjoys building a strong relationship with his clients, which allows for a better understanding of their investment objective and long-term goals. Aside from his niche in working with the agricultural community, Patrick spends a great deal of time cultivating relationships with small business owners and individual clients alike. He resides in Marcellus, NY where he still takes an active role on his family’s dairy farm. Away from the office, you can find Patrick preparing his prized cows for regional, state, and national shows.

Mary Habib
Mary is responsible for client services and administrative support for Agri-Invest. She is a graduate of Alfred University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She also holds a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Oswego. Her professional experience includes several years as an auditor with a national CPA firm, followed by a career in corporate finance with an international pharmaceutical manufacturer based in New York City. Mary, her husband, son and their two cats enjoy living in the City of Syracuse. The architecture and landscapes in the area provide many opportunities for her to practice her amateur photography skills.

Julie Murfitt
Julie is responsible for marketing, client services and administrative support for Agri-Invest. She has over 15 years' business experience with specific strengths in the utilization of computer technology and employee benefits administration. She has experience in the areas of finance, insurance, employee benefits, and sales and marketing. Her expertise has been instrumental in streamlining administrative processes and improving communication with our clients. She graduated from Tompkins Cortland Community College with an AAS in Secretarial Science, and was a member of various Faculty Student and Finance Committee boards. Julie resides in the country with her husband and three children. She enjoys crafts, sewing and volunteering at her children's schools.
